All this for a $600 bill?! I’m sick that we paid so much for such a poor quality experience. The nicest part was the view- but definitely not worth what we paid. I had requested a room away from the elevator and it was literally the second closest room to the elevator. Non smoking room smelled like stale smoke. Only 2 pillows per bed.įurniture was old, cheap and scratched/beat up. There were only 2 towels for my family of 4 (2 queen beds). There was some kind of pill/medication found (by my kid) on the floor. Waited up late for a fan that never arrived.īathroom had mold and a poorly patched hole in the ceiling. After 10 minutes, I tried from the room also and stayed on hold for 30 min to no avail. After our show, I rechecked with the front desk 10:30 to see if the fan had arrived- it hadn’t. I asked for a fan to be delivered to my room since we all sleep warm. It made me want to puke myself.Ĭhecked in around 5 and the front desk told me that the AC was centrally controlled.

Noticed 2 large (presumably puke) stains on the carpet. Walked through the double doors, while my family waited in the car, to the front desk and was immediately met with the assaulting smell of vomit. Upon arrival, we parked near the Valet area where cars idle to check in. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I be back in the future. Not even 'be with you shortly' or 'be right with you' We said screw it and went to McDonald's (Maybe 4 tables total)ģ guys were there just staring at us and didn't say a word. There were others that were either seated and eating or had just been seated. for breakfast, stood at the front waiting to be seated for like 5 minutes. We were gonna go to the Alpine restaurant at 11 a.m. I also think the battery for the door lock was dead because I had to swipe my card over it 3-4 times before it would unlock. The light as you enter the room and the balcony light did not work. The bedside lamps barely worked and the desk lamp did not work at all. They want to charge $4 for a bottle of water, but not have a fridge to put them in to keep them cold. Since there was no fridge, I had to use the ice bucket and 1 of the extra garbage cans in the room filled with Ice and put my drinks in those.

I had to call and have 4 more pillows brought to my room. My wife thought it was too soft, however I like a softer bed. And even then, the only 2 good things about our room was the balcony and the bed. No hotel room amenities.(mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, disposable cups etc) I am glad I downgraded from a spa suite ($499/night) to a Lakeview room($199/night).
